Returns & Refunds
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please notify me within 15 days of delivery. Simply email me and I will provide you instructions and a return shipping label.
- Some items are not eligible for return, such as Custom-made orders, item bought on sale, gift cards, pieces with engraving, scratched or worn items. Items should be returned in their original packaging and unworn.
- AKKA Jewelry reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements.
- I will notify you once I received and inspected you return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
- You'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
- Please note that I will not refund taxes, duties, and/or any additional charges that may occur for orders outside of the European Union.
- If a piece got damaged and needs a repair, email me to inquire about your specific case.
- You can also send me a photo with the case and I will provide you with the cost of the service. If it is my fault I will repair it free of charge.
- Jewelry is strong but still gentle. If the damage is caused by physical pressure I am not obliged to repair it for free. Although I will do me best to renew it.
- Repairs may take 1-3 weeks.
- The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
